The 2013 Chinese New Year celebration at Fung’s Kitchen was a blast! It brought together modern tastes and traditional cultures together as Master Chefs Hoi Fung, Martin Yan, and Tony Wu rang out the new year with exciting cooking demonstrations alongside with a spectacular noodle performance, lion dances, tradiational/modern dance and more! And of course, to top it off was delicious food brought to you by all of us at Fung’s Kitchen.
